Our Services
We treat a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), mood disorders, trauma, relationship issues, and chronic pain. Our team is specially trained to address the complex needs of individuals struggling with eating disorders, including chronic dieting, binge eating, body image disturbance, and male eating disorders. We also provide bilingual services in English and Spanish.
Our Therapists
Our team of licensed therapists is dedicated to providing personalized care and support. Our team members have extensive training and expertise in treating a variety of mental health concerns. We proudly present our team:
- Dawn Kenner, LCPC, LMHC: With a specialization in treating eating disorders, Dawn has extensive experience in providing insight-oriented and cognitive-behavioral therapy. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Hollis Wall, MA, LMHCA: Hollis has a passion for creating a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and actions. She specializes in treating trauma, eating disorders, and relationship issues.
- Jo Ann Cagasan, MA, CRC: With a background in counseling and education, Jo Ann has extensive experience working with individuals and families across the lifespan. She is dedicated to providing culturally sensitive services and supporting clients overcome a variety of challenges.
- Karen Kessler, MA, CA, NCC: Karen is a board-certified mental health counselor and credentialed victim advocate. She has experience working in crisis intervention and private practice, specializing in trauma, interpersonal violence, and identity development.
- Megan Kocanda, LPC, Clinical Therapist: Megan strives to create a safe, welcoming space for her clients to explore their emotions and challenges. She implements cognitive-behavioral therapy and takes a client-centered approach.
Insurance and Fees
We accept a range of insurance providers, including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield Washington, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield Washington, Aetna Washington, Aetna Illinois, and Cigna Washington and Illinois. We are also compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and offer HIPAA-compliant teletherapy services.
