Positive: Patients have overwhelmingly positive experiences with Dr. Janet Smith and the facility.
Negative: Patients express frustration and disappointment with long wait times, unprofessional staff, and a lack of respect for patients' time.

Poor Patient Experience

Reviews highlight a series of unfortunate events that led to a frustrating experience for patients. Nicholas Mavrelis and Ameenah Ragab express their dissatisfaction with the medical office, citing long wait times, unprofessional staff, and a lack of respect for patients' time. Mavrelis's experience is particularly egregious, as he was kept waiting for 15 minutes past his scheduled appointment time and then left without being seen.

Positive Experiences

On the other hand, several patients had positive experiences with Dr. Janet Smith and the facility. Sunny Rajab, Maribel Tovar, John King, Gloria Weingarten, Millie Abasto, Christine Spratlin, and Rob Jimenez all praise Dr. Smith's care, kindness, and professionalism. They mention her willingness to go above and beyond to help patients, and highlight the facility's learning and care programs.

Disappointments and Frustrations

Lauren Petersen's experience, however, fell short of expectations. She was kept waiting for over two hours for an appointment, and felt like she was treated like cattle rather than a human. She expresses frustration with Dr. Smith's lack of understanding and handling of the situation, as well as her unprofessional behavior.
