About Dr. Qin Fan, Psy. D.Dr. Qin Fan, Psy. D., is a licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience in the field. She received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology in San Francisco Bay Area and completed clinical training in Child/Adolescent and Adult psychotherapy at the California Pacific Medical Center Department of Psychiatry and other respected institutions.
