Our Approach
Dr. Mary Waldon, PhD, LCSW, utilizes a compassionate and client-centered approach to therapy, blending depth psychotherapy with behavior change techniques. We offer a range of therapeutic services designed to address the specific challenges faced by young women.
- Individual Psychotherapy for Young Women (ages 18-35): This therapy provides a dedicated space to explore personal concerns, navigate life transitions, build coping mechanisms for stress and anxiety, improve self-esteem and confidence, and cultivate healthy relationships.
- Psychotherapy for Women (ages 36 and beyond): We recognize that challenges and growth continue throughout life. Therapy for women in this age bracket can encompass a wide range of issues, from relationship dynamics and family concerns to managing stress, exploring personal goals, and navigating life transitions. This includes support for mothers and daughters, sisters, and partners.
- Behavior Change and Depth Psychotherapy: Dr. Waldon specializes in helping clients identify and understand recurring behavioral patterns that may be causing distress.
