At Psychotherapy with Claire Dennis, our mission is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. As a licensed therapist, I, Claire Dennis, am committed to helping individuals overcome a wide range of challenges, from relationship difficulties to anxiety and depression.

At Psychotherapy with Claire Dennis, we take a person-centered and integrated approach to therapy. This means that we tailor our approach to each individual's unique needs and goals. We believe that each person's journey is unique and that therapy should be tailored to their specific needs.

Our Services

As a licensed therapist, I provide individual therapy sessions for adults and adolescents (14 and older). My areas of specialization include:

Insurance and Fees

I am in-network with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina - State Health Plan only. However, many insurance companies, including Cigna, Aetna, and United, have out-of-network benefits that may help cover your sessions. I strongly advise that you call your insurance company to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits.

My fees are as follows:

• $165 for a 45-minute session
• $220 for a 60-minute session
• $220 for an initial assessment

I accept cash, Venmo, and credit cards as forms of payment. Payment must be rendered at the time of your appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment, or must cancel your appointment, cancelling within 48 hours or 2 business days will result in a $150 fee, except in the case of illness or an emergency.
