At Esther F. Goldberg, LPC, we understand that life can be challenging, and sometimes we need guidance to navigate through it. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Esther Goldberg has been providing psychotherapy services to individuals and couples in Southern Oregon since 1997. With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, we strive to create a safe and supportive environment for our clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
Our Practice
Esther Goldberg's eclectic approach is influenced by cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems theory, and humanistic psychology. She believes in the essential wholeness of each individual and understands that through a committed process of self-exploration, one can gain increased awareness of themselves and others. This awareness can lead to motivation for positive change and a deeper sense of self-acceptance. Our goal is to work collaboratively with our clients to create the best possible outcomes for them.
Our Services
We offer a range of counseling services to individuals and couples, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions and issues related to aging, relationship issues, divorce and separation, communication and intimacy, stress management, workplace problems, parenting support, teen support, women's issues, and men's issues. Our fees are competitive, and we offer a sliding fee scale for those with financial need. We are a preferred provider with nearly all insurance companies, except for Medicare.
Why Choose Us
With over two decades of experience, Esther Goldberg has developed a unique approach that is both compassionate and effective. Her personal and professional experience has helped her become a more well-rounded therapist, allowing her to understand the challenges of being human. Our clients appreciate our non-judgmental and supportive environment, which enables them to feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings.
Resources
We understand that counseling is just one aspect of the healing process. As such, we provide our clients with a list of useful resources, including books and websites, that can be used as an adjunct to counseling. These resources cover a range of topics, including communication, bereavement and loss, and personal growth.
