Creating a world where everyone has a safe space to heal and grow
At our therapy practice, we believe that life is a journey that is ever-changing and often challenging. That's why we're here to support you every step of the way. As a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, I've had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds, helping them to overcome their struggles and thrive.
About Me
With over a decade of experience as a Marriage & Family Therapist, I've dedicated my career to empowering individuals and communities to reclaim their wholeness and health. I earned my Master of Arts degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Syracuse University and have undergone specialized training in the Psychotherapy Center for Gender & Sexuality at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy. My experience extends beyond the therapy room, as I've worked in various roles, including as a family therapist, substance abuse counselor, and clinical supervisor. I'm particularly passionate about serving black, brown, and queer communities, and have a deep understanding of the unique challenges they face.

So, what sets us apart? As Marriage & Family Therapists, we're trained to examine mental health issues through a systemic lens, recognizing that problems often exist within complex relational dynamics. This approach allows clients to externalize issues that once felt like internal failures, and instead, learn to see their concerns as the result of the systems at play in their life. By using this dynamic approach, our therapists empower clients to make meaningful changes and improve their overall well-being.
