John has written a book that uses his personal experiences as a metaphor for exploring simple truths that improve the quality of life. The book is divided into seasons, reflecting the climatic subtleties of South Florida and the emotional ebbs and flows of human experience.

Trauma & Grief

Trauma can leave a lasting impact on individuals, often manifesting in residual anxieties, depressed moods, and life perspectives. At our practice, we understand the importance of addressing these underlying issues through compassionate therapy. Grief, too, is an inevitable part of living, and we provide support for individuals navigating the grieving process.
