Where every person is seen, soothed, safe, & secure
At Anchor of Hope Counseling, we believe that everyone has inherent value and worth. We are honored and privileged to walk alongside individuals and families during difficult times. We strive to create a warm and nonjudgmental environment where our clients feel comfortable and fully themselves.
Our Approach to Counseling
Our primary therapist, Matt, relies heavily on a narrative approach to counseling. He believes that everyone's life is a story, and it's important to understand and construct our stories in a meaningful fashion. Matt desires for you to make sense of your story, understand what you truly desire for your life, and begin to move toward that direction in a way you never thought possible. He loves working with teens and young adults, and many of those who seek him out are struggling with anxiety, depression, or relational and identity struggles.
Our Services
At Anchor of Hope Counseling, we provide counseling services for all individuals and presenting concerns. We take a holistic approach to counseling, looking at the physical, spiritual, emotional, and relational aspects of your life. We also specialize in depression, anxiety, teenagers, young adults, spiritual guidance, pornography addiction, and post-adoption counseling.
