Dr. Bobbie Hopes, Ph. D., L.L.C. is a clinical/forensic psychology office dedicated to providing comprehensive psychological evaluations for the court, children, adolescents, and adults. With over 30 years of experience working in jails, prisons, and courtrooms, Dr. Hopes has evaluated thousands of criminal defendants and provided courts with thorough psychological evaluations.

Our Services

Our office offers a range of services, including psychological evaluations for the court, juvenile bindover, sex offender assessments, juvenile psychological evaluations, death penalty mitigation, treatment recommendations, competency to stand trial, not guilty by reason of insanity, municipal and area court referrals, and drug and alcohol assessments. We also provide online PowerPoint workshops for attorneys as a free service.

About Dr. Bobbie Hopes

Dr. Bobbie Hopes is a clinical/forensic psychologist with a Ph. D. from Miami University. She has worked in jails, prisons, and courtrooms for over 30 years and has evaluated thousands of criminal defendants, providing courts with comprehensive psychological evaluations. She conducts workshops for judges, probation officers, prosecutors, and attorneys on a variety of forensic psychological topics.

About Terri L. Moniot, Office Manager

Terri Moniot has worked with Dr. Hopes for over 10 years. She has a B.A. from Miami University and worked for GE Capital and then Fidelity Investments, prior to coming to Dr. Hopes' office. Terri has a strong background in customer service, training, and financial services. As a broker with Series 7 and 63 licenses, she assisted clients with portfolio decisions and traded a wide variety of securities.
