I take a semi-structured approach, offering a "big picture" framework for understanding what we will be doing, and then simply asking you to describe your experiences. I do not place much emphasis on diagnosis, as I believe that therapy looks different for everyone, and what's most important is understanding how your concerns have been troubling you, and how they have worked well enough to stick around.
