As a licensed psychologist and Nationally Certified School Psychologist, I am dedicated to empowering individuals, families, and communities to reach their fullest potential by cultivating understanding of individual and collective strengths and resilience. With a passion for empowering others, I have spent almost 20 years working with families in various capacities, including as a former public school teacher and school leader in Oakland, California, an educational consultant in Title I schools nationwide, and now as a clinical psychologist, founder of Fullchange Therapy, and speaker.

At Fullchange Therapy, I offer a range of therapy services tailored to meet the unique needs of my clients. Whether it's individual, family, or couples therapy, I work with pre-teens, teens, and adults from diverse ethnic, racial, cultural, and identity backgrounds. My therapy services can be provided in Spanish and English.

As a trauma-informed therapist, I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, positive psychology, mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and body-based therapies such as Trauma Sensitive Yoga and Somatic Experiencing. I also integrate family systems theory, Gestalt principles, and solution-focused approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.
