Our Services

- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Examines and changes unhelpful thinking and behavior patterns to help you learn better ways of coping and become more effective in your life.
- Life Coaching: Helps identify strengths and weaknesses, and overcome obstacles to achieve your goals.
- Mindfulness Therapy: Combines cognitive therapy, meditation, and mindfulness to build upon cognitive therapy and integrate it with a program to form mindfulness-based stress reduction.
- Eye Movement Desensitization Therapy (EMDR): A specialized treatment intended to relieve some of the distress associated with memories of trauma.
