Dr. Lara is a board-certified psychiatrist who is passionate about providing patient-centered care to her patients. With experience in both education and medicine, Dr. Lara is uniquely equipped to understand the complex relationships between individuals and their mental health. Her approach to care is tailored to each patient's unique needs, incorporating various modalities of therapy to empower her patients with the tools and knowledge to overcome life's challenges.
