Services

We offer a range of therapy services tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Our individual therapy sessions are designed to help you better understand yourself, others, and the world around you. With each session, you'll cultivate a deeper understanding of your own mind, allowing you to make more conscious, intentional decisions in your daily life. Our therapy approach aims to understand the underlying motivations and conflicts that drive our actions and decisions, enabling you to make positive changes and improve your overall well-being.

Fees

Our therapy sessions are 45-minutes long and cost $175 per session. As we strive to provide the highest level of confidentiality and personalized care, we do not accept insurance.

Commitment

Therapy requires a weekly commitment at a minimum. Some patients may benefit from a higher frequency, but our goal is to provide a consistent and supportive environment for your growth and development.

In-Person and Virtual Therapy Sessions

We offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions. In-person appointments are held at our office in Denver, while online sessions are conducted using a HIPAA-compliant platform. We will work together to determine the most suitable modality for your needs.

The Process

Our process begins with an introductory call, where we discuss your unique needs and circumstances. This is followed by a consultation session, where we review new client paperwork, discuss practice policies, and begin building a foundation for your well-being.
