Empowering You to Live Your Best Life
As a holistic, somatic psychotherapist working in the greater Boulder area, I specialize in working with individuals and couples across a wide variety of issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and sexuality. I am dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
My Approach to Mental Health
My approach to mental health is rooted in the belief that all people have intrinsic sanity, and my goal is to collaborate with that sanity to explore the various obstacles that you face in your life and in your relationships. I use a wide range of mindfulness-based techniques, including neuroscience, attachment theory, Hakomi, Gestalt, Somatic Experiencing, and Internal Family Systems, to help individuals develop greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-compassion.
Services
I offer a variety of services, including:
- Individual Therapy: A mindfulness-based, somatic approach to individual psychotherapy, tailored to each individual's unique needs and concerns.
- Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy: A cutting-edge approach to treating depression, chronic pain, and other mental health concerns.
- Psychedelic Integration: A therapeutic approach that combines psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy with mindfulness-based practices to promote personal growth and spiritual exploration.
- Couples Therapy: A approach to intimate relationships that focuses on deepening communication, improving sexual lives, and promoting greater understanding and connection between partners.
My Training and Expertise
I hold a Master's degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University and a Master's degree in International Human Rights from the University of Denver. I am also certified as a Hakomi therapist and have completed training in The Right Use of Power, SAR (Sexual Attitude Reassessment), and Level 2 PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy).
