Welcome to Rose Snyder, Ed. M., Psy. D., Clinical Psychologist, a compassionate and comprehensive mental health practice dedicated to empowering individuals to heal, grow, and thrive. As a collaborative and dynamic psychologist, I am committed to providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

With a deep understanding of the complexities of human experiences, I offer a range of therapeutic services designed to address various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment issues, LGBTQIA+ issues, mindfulness, parenting, pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum, PTSD, relationship issues, abuse survivors, adoption, autism spectrum disorder, caregiver issues, codependency, gender identity, grief, life transitions, perfectionism, peer relationships, sexual abuse, spirituality, and religion.

Our Approach

My therapeutic approach is integrative, incorporating relational, family systems, behavioral, and mindfulness-based modalities. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a crucial ingredient for therapeutic change, and I strive to offer an attuned, empathic, and curious presence to all of my clients. I am particularly drawn to working with clients who are highly motivated to change, who are willing to take the leap of faith in deep therapeutic work to heal from trauma, reprogram their nervous system activation, and learn to thrive in a new way.

Services

I offer a range of services, including individual therapy sessions, parent counseling/consultation, and clinical supervision and consultation. I am licensed to practice in Oregon, California, and New York, and I offer both in-person sessions in the West Linn/PDX area and telehealth sessions for clients in these states. My goal is to provide flexible and accessible services that cater to the unique needs and circumstances of each individual.

Education and Qualifications

I hold a B.A. in Psychology from Brown University, a Master's degree from Harvard University, and a doctorate (Psy. D.) in Clinical Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. I am licensed in the states of Oregon, California, and New York, and I am committed to ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field.
