Take care of your mental health, every day.
At our psychiatric practice, we are committed to providing compassionate and evidence-based care for a wide range of mental health conditions. Our team of psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, therapists, and counselors are dedicated to helping our clients improve their mental health and overall well-being. We offer psychiatric medication management, psychotherapy/counseling, group counseling, and hypnotherapy services, which can be accessed both in-person and online.
Psychiatric Medication Management (Telepsychiatry)
Medications can play a crucial role in treating various mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. At our practice, we offer telepsychiatry services, which enable our clients to consult with our psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners remotely. Through telepsychiatry, we can evaluate our clients' symptoms, prescribe appropriate medications, and monitor their response to treatment. Our telepsychiatry services are available to clients residing in the state of New Jersey.
Psychotherapy/Counseling (Teletherapy)
Psychotherapy helps individuals identify and change troubling emotions and behaviors that may be causing distress or impairment in their lives. At our practice, we offer teletherapy services, which enable our clients to access psychotherapy/counseling services remotely. Our therapists and counselors use evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and family systems therapy, to help our clients achieve their mental health goals.
Group Counseling
Groups are designed to target a specific problem, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or substance use. At our practice, we offer various group counseling services, which include process groups, support groups, and skills-building groups. Our group counseling services provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to share their experiences, learn new skills, and receive support from others who are facing similar challenges.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a type of psychotherapy that uses guided relaxation, intense concentration, and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness, which is often called a trance. During hypnotherapy, individuals can address a range of issues, such as past trauma, phobias, relationship issues, and self-esteem. At our practice, we offer hypnotherapy services to help our clients achieve their mental health goals.
