Dr. B's Effective Therapy

The reviews highlight the excellent therapy services provided by Dr. B. Katrina Vicente, who gave Dr. B a 5-star rating, shared a very positive experience. She was attacked by a dog during work and needed mental health help. Dr. B was understanding, laid-back, and helped her find her own answers to overcome her trauma. Katrina is now back at work and credits Dr. B's therapy for her success.

Unprofessional and Negative Experiences

On the other hand, three reviews, from Jim Keim, Jush, and Paul Bishop, have expressed negative experiences with the same therapist, Dr. B. Jim Keim found Dr. B unprofessional, uncaring, and condescending, saying he made him worse. Jush was dissatisfied with the office's policy of not accepting new patients and being rude on the phone. Paul Bishop, who initially had some doubts, still highly recommends Dr. B's services, highlighting the effectiveness of the tools and techniques provided.
