My Approach to Psychotherapy
As a depth psychotherapist and spiritual grief counselor, I believe that our experiences shape us, but they do not define us. I see individuals as complex and multifaceted beings, influenced by their mental, emotional, physical, social, historical, cultural, and spiritual dimensions. My approach is rooted in the pursuit of self-awareness and personal growth, and I strive to create a safe and compassionate space for exploration and healing.
My Training and Education
I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Claremont McKenna College, a Master of Arts degree in Integrative Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, and a training certificate in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. I am a licensed psychotherapist in California (LMFT #93508) and am currently training in Jungian-Oriented Psychotherapy at the Jung Institute of Northern California.
Professional Memberships
I am a proud member of various professional organizations, including the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and the National Association of Social Workers.
