As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Berkeley, I, Ivan Skolnikoff, have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, from individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction, to couples seeking to improve their relationships and overcome patterns of shame and guilt. My approach is deeply rooted in mindfulness-based therapies, including Hakomi Mindfulness-Based Experiential Psychotherapy and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (somatic therapy approaches).
