Services Offered

Cathy Zimmerman offers a range of services aimed at helping individuals navigate their unique life challenges with mindfulness, contemplation, and self-compassion.

  • Contemplative and Transpersonal Psychotherapy: Cathy integrates ancient contemplative traditions with contemporary psychology, providing a holistic approach to psychotherapy. This approach acknowledges the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit, and strives to create a balance between them.
  • Hakomi Integrative Somatics: As a certified Hakomi practitioner, Cathy works somatically, focusing on the present-moment experience. By exploring body sensations, emotions, and beliefs, clients can gain insights into unconscious patterns and develop a deeper understanding of themselves.
  • Dreamwork: Dreams offer a rich source of personal insight and guidance. By working with dreams, Cathy helps clients tap into their inner wisdom, facilitating a deeper connection with their authentic selves.
  • Mindfulness: Mindfulness practice is at the core of Cathy's work. Through mindfulness, clients learn to cultivate present-moment awareness, fostering a non-judgmental and compassionate relationship with their thoughts, emotions, and body sensations.
