Transforming Lives, One Mind at a Time.
Meet Carolyn
As a licensed therapist with over 30 years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients who have struggled with physical and emotional pain. My approach to therapy is holistic, focusing on the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit. I believe that our emotions live in our bodies, and that by learning to listen to and honor our body's wisdom, we can overcome even the most challenging limitations.
Transforming Negative Experiences
When we are faced with difficult experiences, it can be easy to become overwhelmed and feel hopeless. But I believe that every experience, no matter how painful, holds the potential for growth and transformation. Through a variety of creative techniques, including clinical hypnosis, intuitive listening, and sensory processing, I guide my clients to listen to and learn from the wisdom of their body. By doing so, they can gain a greater sense of self-awareness, develop coping skills, and ultimately, find greater ease and freedom in their daily lives.

As a certified therapist, I offer a range of services to support individuals in overcoming physical and emotional pain. These services include:

- Workshops and Retreats: Educational events that focus on developing greater body awareness, relaxation techniques, and stress management.
- Training for Professionals: Educational programs for healthcare providers and other professionals on the benefits of somatic therapy and mindfulness-based stress reduction.
- An Introduction to Somatic Therapy: A comprehensive course designed to introduce individuals to the principles of somatic therapy and assistive techniques.
Mission
My mission is to empower individuals to live more fully, aligning with their mind, heart, and soul. I believe that by learning to listen to and honor our body's wisdom, we can overcome even the most challenging limitations and live a life of greater ease, freedom, and fulfillment.
